The Rev. Ray Allen Bodeen, 57, a resident of Bartow, Fla., died Sunday, April 22, 2001, at his residence. A native of Seymour, Ind., the Rev. Bodeen moved to Bartow 37 years ago from Panama City. He was a minister with Evangel Temple Inc. of Bartow for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, the Rev. A.L. Bodeen and Cora L. Bodeen. He is survived by his fiancee, Sue Lanier of Dundee, Fla. ; two aunts, Hazel Golden of Columbus, Ga., and Rosie Vandergrift of Panama City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, at 4 p.m. at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, Fla. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m.
